1)Your Hand Can Have A Mind On Its Own!

 The ‘idle hand’ which referred to as the ‘Alien Hand Syndrome’ is an unusual neurological disorder in which the sufferer’s hand seems to take on a mind of its own. This is due to the damage in the medial motor frontal region of the brain and often occurs after a brain surgery, a stroke or an infection of the brain.
The sufferer has no control over the movements of the ‘alien hand’ nor will they have any conscience idea on what that hand is doing. The person suffering from this condition can often feel disconnected with their hand, and feel as if it was not part of their body.
When the suffer is unaware the alien hand can sometime act out complex movements like unbuttoning clothing, using tools or even tearing pieces of clothing. There are no know treatments or cure for ‘Alien Hand Syndrome’ however the best solution is to give this alien hand an object it can play with to keep it distracted from doing anything harmful to the sufferer.

This is a death erection, which often being referred to as ‘angel lust’. It is a post-mortem erection that occurs when a male individual dies vertically or face-downside and as long as the body remains in this position, the effect will not subside.
How It Could Possibly Happen........?
When a man is still alive, the heart pumps blood evenly around the body. When he dies, this mechanism stops and the blood acts by the force of gravity. As with any mass, the blood will settle at the lowest point of the body and cause swelling. So if a man dies vertically, the blood will settle in the legs and collect at the feet.
The pressure will cause the blood vessels and tissues in the feet to swell up to accommodate as much blood as possible. As blood collects, it will fill up to the torso and the blood will attempt to move to a lower position due to gravity, which is the penis (the legs are full by now). The blood causes the penis, consisting of erectile tissue, to fill with blood and expand.

A 10-year study in Scotland found that 20% of people die of a heart attack on Monday’s compare to any other day of the week. The study suggests that the ‘Monday peak’ could be a result of massive drinking during the weekend and work related stress; you know the ‘Monday blues.’

When a baby is born, they have 300 bones in their body. When they reach adulthood they are left with only 206 bones. This is because the smaller bones eventually join together to form stronger single bones.









6) Your Hair Is Almost Indestructible!

 Apart from having it burnt, human hair decays at such a slow rate that it is almost impossible to get rid of. Do you remember those documentaries about Egypt, the pyramids and Mummies on Discovery Channel? Well the mummies are left with no flesh, practically nothing but bones and yes… hair. It might look fragile but hair cannot be destroyed by cold, change of climate, water, or other natural forces and it is resistant to many kinds of acids and corrosive chemicals.




7) You Can Survive Without Food But Not Without Sleep!

       You need sleep as much as you need food. Many people neglect the importance of having enough sleep without knowing that humans can actually survive longer without food than without sleep. With water alone, an average person could survive a month to two without food (that also varies from an individual’s body fat and other factors).
But a few sleepless nights will cause the person to start experiencing radical personality and psychological changes. The longest recorded time anyone has ever gone without sleep is 264 hours. Randy Gardner at the end of which the experiment did not stumble or hallucinate but  scientist  has said that any more sleepless nights than that is dangerous.

  Unlike your heart or brain , your teeth weren't ready to work from the day you were born. Although babies
have the beginning of their first teeth even before they are born, teeth don't become visible until babies are about 6 to 12 months old.

  After that first breaks through , more and more teeth begin to appear. Most kids have their first set of teeth
by the time they are 3 years old. These are called the primary or baby teeth and there are 20 in all. When a child gets to age 5 or 6 , these teeth starts falling out , one by one.

 There are 28 permanent teeth in all.- eight more than original set of baby teeth. Between  the ages of 17and 21,Four more teeth called Wisdom Teeth Usually grow in at the back of the mouth. They complete the adult set of 32 teeth.


 22 FEET ISN'T SMALL AT ALL??
 
   The small INTESTINE is a long tube that's about 1-1/2 inches to 2 inches ( about 3.5 to 5 centimeters)
around,and its packed inside you beneath your stomach. If you stretched out an adult's small intestine , it would be about 22 feet long ( 6.7meters) - thats like 22 notebooks notebooks lined up end to end , all in a row.

   The small intestine breaks down the food mixtures even more so your body can absorb all the vitamins,minerals,proteins,carbohydrates, and fats. The chicken on your pizza is full of proteins- and a little fat-and the small intestine can help extract them with a little help from three friends: and the gallbladder serves as a warehouse for bile , storing it until the body needs it.


THAT'S ONE LARGE INTESTINE??
 
At 3 or 4 inches around ( about 7 to 10 centimeters), the larger intestine is fatter than small intestine and its almost the last stop on the digestive system tract. Like the small intestine, it is packed into the body, and would measure 5 feet ( about 1.5 meters) long if you spread it out.















TASTE GREAT!!!

 
Most people just think of the tongue when they think about taste. But you couldn't taste anything without some help from the nose.! The ability to smell and taste to together because odors from foods allow us to taste more fully.
 Take a bite of food and think about now it tastes. Then pinch your nose and take another bite. Notice the difference? It's just another reason  to appreciate your knockout of a nose.




BOOGERS- hey! get your finger outta there! instead of picking them out ! lets learn about those blobs. YEAH! ., were talking about BOOGERS!. To understand what boogers are you need to know about mocus. Mucus is the sticky one. Slimy stuff that's made inside your nose. If you're like lot of kids, you have another name of nose mucus: snot your nose and sinuses make about a quart ( about 1 liter) of snot every day.


If you have  to get rod of boogers, your best  bet is to " BLOW" 'em... out of your nose and into a tissue. Picking your nose isn't a great idea because boogers contain lots of germs and because poking around in your nose can make it bleed.


 AHHHHH--CHOOOOOO!!!!

 If you just sneezed, something was probably irritating or tickling the inside or your nose. Sneezing also called
STERNUTATION., is your body's way of removing an irritation from your nose.
When the inside of your nose gets a tickle, a message is sent to a special part of your brain called the sneeze center. The sneeze center then sends a message to all the muscle that have to work together to create the amazingly complicated process that we call sneeze.
 "Some of the muscles involved are the abdominal ( belly ) muscle. the diaphragm ( the large muscle beneath your lungs that makes you breathe), the muscle that control your vocal cords, and muscle in the back of your throat. Don't forget the eyelid muscles! Did you know that you always close your eyes when you sneeze?

It is the job of the sneeze center to make all these muscles work together, in just the right order, to send that irritation flying out of your nose. And Fly it does - sneezing can send tiny particles speeding out of your nose at up to 100 miles per hour!.

  Most anything that can irritate the inside of your nose can start a sneeze. Some common things include dust,cold,air, or pepper. When you catch a cold in your nose , a virus has made a temporarily home there and is causing lots a swelling and irritation. Some people have allergies , and they sneeze when they are exposed to certain things , such as animal ( which comes from the skin of many common pets) or pollen ( which comes from some plants).

 Do you know anyone who sneeze when they step outside into the sunshine?? about one out of every three people sneezes when exposed to bright light. They are called PHOTIC sneezers. If you are a photic sneezers, most people have some sensitivity to light that can trigger a sneeze.

After the mass extinction of 250 million years ago, one group of reptiles called dinosaurs started to dominate all others. Their name means terrible lizard. They were the commonest vertebrates for the next 150 million years. During their rule there were plant-eating and meat-eating ones, walking, flying and swimming dinosaurs, big ones, small ones.
At the time when the dinosaurs became dominant, all the land of the Earth was gathered together into Pangea.

 Dinosaurs are a varied group of animals from taxonomic, morphological and ecological standpoints. Birds, at over 9,000 living species, are the most diverse group of vertebrates besides PERCIFORM fish.Using fossil evidence, paleontologists have identified over 500 distinct genera and more than 1,000 different species of non-avian dinosaurs. Dinosaurs are represented on every continent by both extant species and fossil remains.Some are herbivorous, others carnivorous. Most dinosaurs have been bipedal, though many extinct groups included quadropedal species, and some were able to shift between these body postures. Many species possess elaborate display structures such as horns or crests, and some prehistoric groups developed skeletal modifications such as bony and spines. Birds have been the planet's dominant flying vertebrate since the extinction of the pterosauros, and evidence suggests that egg laying and nest building is a trait shared by all dinosaurs. Many prehistoric dinosaurs were large animals--the largest sauropods could reach lengths of almost 60 meters (200 feet) and were several stories tall--and while many extinct theropods were quite large, a majority evolved very small sizes, especially among birds and other advanced groups.

 Since the first dinosaur fossils were recognized in the early 19th century, mounted fossil dinosaur skeletons or replicas have been major attractions at museums around the world, and dinosaurs have become a part of world culture. Their diversity, the large sizes of some groups, and their seemingly monstrous and fantastic nature have captured the interest and imagination of the general public for over a century. They have been featured in best-selling books and films such as Jurassic Park, and new discoveries are regularly covered by the media.

     BUT.. HOW DINOSAUR EXTINCT???

           There are many theories as to how the dinosaurs became extinct. This page presents some of the most popular thoeries. Keep in mind that there is no absolutely proven theory. No one knows for certain exactly why and how the dinosaurs became extinct.Probably the most popular theory right now is the Asteroid Theory. According to this theory a large asteroid or comet collided with Earth about 65 million years ago. Scientists think that such a large collision would throw so much dust into the air that sunlight would not be able to shine and plants and animals would die. The dramatic changes in climate that resulted from this huge collision were too much for the dinosaurs. They were not able to survive.Another theory that could explain how the dinosaurs became extinct is volcanic activity. A huge increase in volcanic activity at around 65 millions years ago could have pumped so much ash into the air that it blocked out the sun killing the dinosaurs.Some scientists believe that there was a severe ice age. Throughout Earth's history there have been many ice ages. The last one ended about 10,000 years ago. A very severe ice age could have changed temperatures and frozen a lot of Earth's water. The dinosaurs would not be able live under such conditions and that is how the dinosaurs became extinct.It has also been suggested that desease killed off the dinosaurs. A very deadly and contagious desease may have circulated among the dinosaurs forcing them to become extinct.Still yet another theory is that the Earth just gradually changed in climate over a long time period and the dinosaurs were not able to adapt to the cooler, dryer climate.

The other theories as to how the dinosaurs became extinct. One thing is for certain..... All dinosaurs that we know of are extinct. How did all the dinosaurs become extinct?...... Maybe one of these theories is the right answer. However,... it is difficult to explain why all the, dinosaurs died out but many other animals survived. Perhaps one day we will know for certain how the dinosaurs became extinct.... Until then we must speculate and continue the search for the answer to this great mystery of nature..diba??The dinosaurs' long period of dominance certainly makes them unqualified successes in the history of life on Earth.And also for me i will never stop finding and do research about how dinosaurs became extinct to us!! VAMPIRE MYTH AND LORE!
 

Ever wondered how the vampire myth started? When the term "vampire" first came around? How certain beliefs about vampires stemmed from folkloric superstitions? And howthe vampire has progressed in legend, lore and reality over the centuries? Here I have written an essay with information gathered from various sources to answer all these questions and more.

 HAROLD WORDS -From the beginning of time legends of vampires have existed on this place we call Earth. The interesting, distinguishing mark of the vampire is that unlike other "monsters", the vampire has its roots in nearly every part of the world. From Ancient Greece to modern Day, the Vampire has been eternally preying on our imagination, forcing us to ask ourselves whether those things we dismiss as myths are just that...or more.

VAMPIRE STARTS WHERE ???............. :)

 The history of the vampire begins In ancient Persia, where a vase was discovered depicting a man struggling with a huge creature which is trying to suck his blood. Then, in Babylonian myth a deity known for drinking the blood of babies, Lilitu or "Lilith", was discovered. She was reputedly the first wife of Adam according to old Hebrew texts removed from the Old Testament, and left her husband due to his sexual ineptitude, becoming the Queen of Demons and Evil spirits. In China during the 6th century BC, traces of the "Living Dead", or revenants as they are known, were also found. More legends continued throughout all the world, including India, Malaysia, Polynesia and the lands of the Aztecs and Eskimos. According to the Aztecs, the offering of a young victims blood to the Gods ensured the fertilization of the earth. But truly, the vampire proper originates from European civillization...ancient Greece to begin with. There were numerous bloodthirsty Goddesses in both Roman ang Greek mythology, known as Lamiae, Empusae and Striges. These names eventually evolved into the general terms for Witches,Demons and Vampires. But these Vampires, though they do drink blood, were only Goddesses...not "living Dead", but disembodied divinities capable of taking on human appearances so that they might seduce their victims. As time passed on, and Christianity grew in popularity, the redemptive value of blood became apparant. Holy Communion, which includes drinking wine symbolizing Christ's blood and Bread symbolizing his flesh was at times taken quite literally. Some people, confusing pagan beliefs with transubstantiation (the actualy presence of Christ's flesh and blood during Communion) took part in feasting on human flesh and drinking human blood. During the 11th Century, witches and doctors alike prescribed virgin blood to cure all illnesses. Also during this time, some corpses found intact all over Europe began a huge vampire scare. The belief came about that people who died without a chance to receive last rites,or those who had commited suicide or had been excommunicated were destined to return to the earth as revenants.

  The phenomenon of Vampirism continued through the Renaissance era only sporadically, but again grew to epidemic proportions in the 14th Century, mainly in central European Regions of Prussia, Silesia and Bohemia. The bubonic plague was thought to be the work of Vampires and panic of infection led people to bury their dead without completely verifying that they were truly deceased. It was then no wonder that so many encounters of Vampires rising from their graves during this time were noted. A person, buried alive, would try to claw his way out of the grave and would be discovered covered in blood from the wounds he had inflicted upon himself by doing so. This, of course, would label him as a vampire.

 In the mid-15th Century, Vampirism again reared its head, most notably in the trial of Frenchman Gilles de Rais. A former member of Joan of Arc's guard and erstwhile Marshal of France, he retired to his lands in Southwest France, devoted to his quest of finding the secret of the "Philosophers' Stone" in blood. He killed about 200 to 300 children by way of horrifying torture, in order to use their blood in his experiments. Later, in the 19th century, Joris-Karl Huysmans portrayed him as an authentic vampire in his novel La-Bas. Also during this time, another historical figure became associated with vampirism. His name was Vlad Tepes Dracula, Prince of Wallachia, an ancient kingdom which is now part of Romania. His double name of Tepes (meaning "Impaler") and Dracula (after his father, Dracul, meaning Devil or Dragon...the 'a' added on to mean 'son of...') suited him quite appropriately. Both a national hero for liberating his lands form the Ottoman invaders and a bloodthirsty tyrant who ordered thousands of people impaled for his pleasure, it is no wonder that his name became synonimous with the vampire legend. Four centuries later, Bram Stoker would write the infamous novel Dracula, which would forever give us the sterotype of the classic vampire.

 Vampirism, though never completely vanished, dwindled slightly from the 15th through 17th centuries. In 1611, however, in the superstitious land of Hungary, Countess Erzsebet Bathory (Elizabeth Bathory or the

"Blood Countess")began the legend afresh. She was accused of kidnapping and torturing young girls to death and then bathing in and drinking their blood. She believed that this would preserve her youth and looks. But how did she come to this conclusion? Well, apparantlym she was the wife of a Count who was always away at war. Becoming bored with her lifestyle, she began to study black magic which led to her horrible endeavors. When a large number of young women    became missing, Bathory's cousin led a detachment of soldiers and policemen to capture her. She was spared execution because of her royal ties, but was locked up in a tower room for the rest of her life with door and windows  shut. Her accomplices though were all executed. This event in history gave rise to numerous rumours of vampirism and inspired many writers unto today. Also, this coupled with poverty and illiterate populations of the time, led to an explosion of vampire and werewolf superstitions in Southern and Eastern Europe. The belief that "Vrykolakas" ( slavic for werewolves) would die and become vampires in the hereafter tied the two myths together quite conveniently. The word 'Vampire', until now unknown, became used as a term for the very first time in 1726, following thousands of reports of vampirism due to the plague. It was first coined in German as "Vanpir" in a report of one case of vampirism. This evolved into "vampyre" in 1732 (used in French) and finally into the English word "Vampire" later that same year. This was the beginning of the end for the vampire as we know it...

 ARVLFC the Transylvanian Society of Dracula, roleplaying groups in practically every town on the face of the earth, and even on the internet, vampires live. There is no escaping the seduction and charm of the vampire, both in folkore and reality. It is everywhere we look...there are more vampires out there than one might imagine. The vampire truly is immortal. Perhaps not in the traditional sense of the word, but it has never been completely banished from the moment it reared its not-so-ugly head. From Ancient Greece to modern day, the vampire continues to bleed our imaginations dry...
 

 Harold's views-A vampire feeds on the life essence of their victims. This usually occurs by drinking the blood of their victim. The reasons that the vampire needs blood to survive varies from culture to culture. Some feel that the vampire needs blood to flow through their veins to keep their bodies animated and limit the damage of decay. Others feel that the beasts feed as a sadistic habit in order to wreak havoc and fear.
This theory of course also makes on think that it may not be the blood that animates the vampire, but the fear & pain. Vampires aren't particular they will drink the blood of animals as well as humans.The most obvious characteristic that you think of when referring to the vampire is of course that the creature is dead a yet walks among the living.

 Most tales of vampirism tell us that these beings have fangs, are afraid of sunlight, they can shape-shift, (etc. bats and wolves), they cry tears of blood, sleep in a coffin during the day and have extreme levels of strength and speed. Of course it goes without saying that this creature is immortal, unless of course killed using the proper methods.

 THE VAMPIRE IS TRUE........ ??? WATCH AND BELIEVE IT!

 History:

 When you think about vampires usually the first name that you think of is Dracula. Bram Stoker is the man who penned the famous novel "Dracula". It is thought this story that most of us are introduced to vampires.

"Dracula" was actually based on a true Romanian Prince named Vlad Tepes, (pronounced Tzepesh). He was seen as a hero by his countrymen. According to most legend he was considered a fair, but very cruel man. Most of the information about this prince has been handed down to us by verbal tradition in his homeland, and by Russian and German pamphlets printed shortly after his death. The verbal form tells us of his conquests for his country, whereas the pamphlets portrayed him as an evil demon.

The name Dracula (draculaea) simply means son of the Dracul. The name Dracul seems a little harder to decipher. Some say that it means demon or devil, while other historians assert that Vlad the II belonged as a knight of the order of the dragon, hence the surname dracul- dragon, the insignia of the order was a dragon being knocked down by a cross. The knights were a group of Slavic rulers and warlords sworn to uphold the Christian faith against the Turks. The name Tepes is also report to mean "the impaler".

  VAMPIRES ARE  BEAUTIFUL AND HANDSOME......

 UNDER MY RESEARCH THIS HUNTED CREEPY CASTLE... VAMPIRE RESIDING HERE FOR ABOUT MANY YEARS.. AND NOW AND THEN VAMPIRES ARE STILL LIVING HERE..THIS.. IS IN CENTRAL EUROPE..Vampires want to live us...because of our fresh bloods and they want to conquer the evilness and the devilness of this world...

 Ever since I knew vampires existed, I've always wanted to be one.., I've done reaserch about them. Learning everything I can then writing it down.
Still, with all my research, I don't know where most vampires live. So that's when you come in! Anyway prayer is the best way to vanish evils and devils... godbless u guys! and have a bloody day.!
